About The Class
TRAIN STRONG

Women's Combat Conditioning is a class built for women that blends practical Jiu-Jitsu, Kick-Boxing and Self-Defense with a full-body conditioning workout. You'll learn to defend yourself in real situations, build genuine strength and stamina, and gain confidence that carries far beyond the mats — all in a welcoming, judgment-free environment with no experience required.

🛡️

Practical Skills

Learn techniques that actually work against larger, stronger attackers — escapes, control, and submissions drawn from championship-level Jiu-Jitsu, broken down step by step.

🔥

Real Conditioning

Every session doubles as a full-body workout. Build functional strength, endurance, and mobility through live drilling — fitness that translates to real movement.

🤝

Supportive Environment

A womens class where it's safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Train alongside other women at every level — beginners are always welcome.

💪

Confidence That Lasts

Knowing you can handle yourself changes how you move through the world. Walk in unsure, leave standing taller — class after class.

Questions
FREQUENTLY ASKED

A few things students have asked. Don't see yours? Drop a note below — leave your contact info and I'll get back to you.

Should we invest in boxing gloves right away, or wait?
I'd hold off until you've tried the class a few times — no need to invest in much equipment up front. We'll work without gloves for the first couple of classes, and I'll have some loaner pairs available when we start using them.
What should we wear? Are workout clothes appropriate?
Workout clothes are perfect. You can really wear anything, but snag-free, breathable athletic gear is ideal.
I'm older and have a bad back — do you offer just self-defense?
We meet every student where they are and do our best to accommodate your current abilities. You can skip any portion of a class, and through steady progression we aim to keep improving together. If you truly only want self-defense techniques, I'll also be running more self-defense seminars this year.
Are there any other class times offered right now?
Classes run Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 9:15 AM unless otherwise noted on the Class Schedule above. I'm considering other times and will add them to the schedule if any are finalized.
